Abstract

Despite the fact that gender balances in business and entrepreneurship have yet to be reached, it is well understood that along with encouragement, a focus on what motivates women is necessary to achieve this balance is also a matter of interest. Literature review process was used for data collection from previous researches. It was concluded that, the selected entrepreneurship motivation determinants are key input to performance of missiondriven organizations or enterprises. The study then recommended that women entrepreneurs should maintain a greater level of cohesion among themselves by forming unions where the members can give each other feedback or appreciation to encourage and increase their synergy. similar study was suggested to be conducted empirically while giving emphasis to a particular geographical location.
