Abstract

The study ascertained relationship between supply chain integrity, customer loyalty and patronage of food services industry in Nigeria. Three hundred and twenty-two (322) was the sample size derived from two thousand active customers drawn from the data base of food services industry, serves as the population of the study. Questionnaire was applied to obtained data from respondents. Data was analysed with Pearson product moment correlation technique, while hypotheses were verified with SPSS. Findings revealed that supply chain integrity positively and significantly influence the extent to which customer would be loyal as well as patronize a particular food services industry. Furthermore, the study concludes that integrity in the supply chain members is a strong mechanism that enhanced patronage and customer loyalty. Recommendation to the management of food services industry is to consciously encourage ethical conducts in their chain operations in order to enhance effective business growth through customer loyalty and service patronage.
